New video footage of shooting release
Clearly shows him being pursued, people yelling "GET THE F*CKER".

He's a hero.
5 years probation.
sharethat drone footage is pretty badass when Rosenbaum gets killed after his failed attack on our hero.
Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity with children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.
he should have been killed for his crimes against children anyways by the government but our own government is run by pedos and give people like him a slap on wrist instead of the medieval torture he deserves. Rittenhouse did this world a great beautiful service by serving justice to this man. the fact that it was self defense makes him even more innocent, if i was president i would legalize first degree murder of pedophiles and create a great beautiful purge
Kyle's critical error was trying to be a medic to the people who hated him and wanted to burn and loot. I find it odd that he is running down the street alone yelling out offers of medical assistance close to midnight. Anybody with common sense would get off the streets at that hour since the baddies are out in force. He should have stayed at his post instead of drawing attention to himself with offers of medical assistance.
shareHe should have stayed home. His "critical error" was going there to begin with.
shareA hero doesn't stay at home. A hero defends his city and offers aid to others.
https://moviechat.org/nm11848475/Kyle-Rittenhouse/61829c9b6c6d3418fd49a0db/Rittenhouse-is-a-hero-who-should-be-acquitted
It wasnt his city...hes a glory hound....
shareHe worked at the YMCA in the city. I actually kind of agree with you on the glory hound part. A lot of the people who step forward to do great things are looking for glory while some have altruistic intent. Achilles was a hero in the Iliad and his desire for glory made him seek out great feats in combat.
shareIt's not "his city", it was over 20 miles away from his home.
That's not what defense is. He wasn't defending anything, he sought it out.
You do realize even the prosecution agree Kyle was legally and successfully defending property earlier in the day?
shareHe worked at the YMCA in the city. He was defending the car dealership with a group of other armed defenders. The article below shows that he was cleaning graffiti off a local school. He was separated from the car dealership defenders when he went off and offered medical assistance to random looters and rioters.
https://nypost.com/2020/08/26/suspected-kenosha-gunman-kyle-rittenhouse-spotted-cleaning-graffiti/
dude in the Murican heartland 20 miles is a short drive down the street
shareYeah lefties act like he went on some cross country trip just to shoot someone. The kid worked there and live a few minutes away.
shareBecause leftist communists in this country all live in over crowded shit hole cities like New York where going 1 mile considered a journey. And if you based it on the number of people you had to go by it would be... but when I've lived in the midwest you think nothing of going 20 miles just for an ice cream.
shareWas gonna say, 20 miles isn't far at all...
share
So should the rioters have.
That's not an valid argument.
share
Why is it not?
it doesn't negate the fact he shouldn't have been there either.
share
Cause and effect: There were rioters, looters, and those who were burning down legitimate businesses who shouldn't have been there first. Rittenhouse wouldn't have been there if there wasn't the looting and attack of an American city going on.
This might be the first shot in the second Civil War. Don't be fooled into thinking a lot of Americans haven't been watching carefully. I've lived 64 years in the greatest country in the world and will defend it from all enemies foreign and domestic, regardless of the personal cost to me in money or safety.
My powder is dry.
"There were rioters, looters, and those who were burning down legitimate businesses who shouldn't have been there first. "
This doesn't justify or excuse Rittenhouse being there. Invalid "defense".

Inciting violence is against the TOS. Tsk, tsk.
This doesn't justify or excuse Rittenhouse being there. Invalid "defense".
Firstly, do you expect people to just stand by and do nothing when their country is being burned down?
Second, he wasn't "inciting violence" he was saying he's ready to defend his home if it comes to that.
Doing nothing is very much a liberal mindset, I wouldn't be surprised at all if thats what they would do. Decent citizens do more than stand by and watch criminals act like animals. Again, something liberals will have a very difficult time understanding.
shareThe only problem was he didn't just find a good sniper position and start killing the the rioters from a safe distance. Frankly the police should have been killing the rioters in mass to begin with. If you have a riot and really want to end it the fastest way is to start killing rioters. These worthless cunts rioting only do it because they think they can get away with it and if they are lucky walk away for something of value, if they had seen fellow rioters dropping like flies they would have turned tail and the area would have been spared millions of dollars in damage.
shareSo is your sperm count, you impotent loser.
shareWhy's that?
shareI don't think many deny that it appears they were they aggressors. There's not a strong case to be made there.
But he put himself there. He traveled to a riot 20+ miles from his home and he was in possession of an illegal gun. They're dead because he went there.
And he's charged with reckless homicide of Rosenbaum. That's a fair charge. Rosenbaum threw a fucking bag at him. Shooting someone is not an appropriate response to that. I think he could get nailed on this one and should absolutely be nailed for all gun charges.
The other two? Intentional murder? I don't think there's a pray they get him on that. There's videos of them chasing him and trying to beat him.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2021/11/02/kyle-rittenhouse-trial-dominick-black-first-witness/6258860001/
This explains why he was away from home.
And indeed the gun was illegally in his possession so that charge should stick.
"And he's charged with reckless homicide of Rosenbaum. That's a fair charge." I tend to agree with this. Although if someone throws something at you and then you hear shots fired I don't know how you would react ... It might be easy for a lawyer to argue that he was afraid for his life, bla bla.
He went to a car dealership where a friend of a friend used to work:
"Black said he, his brother and Rittenhouse had gone downtown that morning to witness the aftermath of the first two nights of rioting that erupted after thepolice shooting of Jacob Blake Jr. Then they went home, but returned around 5 p.m. after Black's friend, Nick Smith, said they should help protect Car Source, an auto dealership where Smith formerly worked."
I'm not even sure the owner himself could get away with that excuse - it would be one thing if he were already there and didn't to there in the middle of a riot - but a friend of a friend who used to work here? No fucking way. That defense will not fly.
The last 2 clearly attacked him. The first guy threw a bag at him. THat's not grounds for shooting someone. But again, he went there. I think he should do hard time, but cannot argue he murdered the latter two.
Well, I have to give you that you are at least quite reasonable in this comment and I don't really have counter arguments.
Will have to see what the justice decide anyway, even if we would not be happy about it.
They're dead because they put themselves there and played silly games. If they weren't there, Kyle wouldn't have been there. End of.
Are you fucking blind? You're seriously saying Shooting Rosenbaum was a response to a plastic bag being thrown? Rosenbaum clearly chases Kyle down after that has happened. Eye witnesses state Rosenbaum tried to grab the gun.
I don't know what planet all you peodo defenders are on, but if I see someone in the street with a gun in this type of scenario, I'm going the other way. I'm not chasing him down. What kind of lunatic does that and expects to not get shot? Well, the type of guy who will anally rape a 9 year old boy I guess.
Rosenbaum was not chasing Rittenhouse so he could give him a hug. He was probably trying to grab the gun or he might have wanted to die. The article below shows Rosenbaum asking to be shot. He was also released that day from the psychiatric facility after a suicide attempt.
https://nypost.com/2020/08/28/kenosha-shooting-victim-seen-in-video-confronting-armed-men/
He definitely wanted the gun. As per the eyewitness account.
share" If they weren't there, Kyle wouldn't have been there. End of."
He's not a cop, he had no valid reason to be there.
"I don't know what planet all you peodo defenders are on"
Strawman
"He's not a cop, he had no valid reason to be there."
I don't get this answer. The others were not cops either so they had no reason to be there either???
Oh wait, they did have a reason: looting, arson, etc.
I didn't defend the rioters.
Their presence there also doesn't excuse or justify his.
Of course it does. Why do you think people should do nothing when mobs are running around unchecked?
shareBut ... it does. That's the whole point ...
shareHe's not a cop. Not defending his home or business. No legal justification for being there.
shareOk, so you see a woman beaten on the streets by one guy, you are the only one there, no cops in sight. It's not your wife. If you call 911 you recon by the time they get here the woman would be dead already.
What do you do?
a) Try to stop the aggressor?
b) Whistle and walk away?
c) Take your phone and make a TikTok movie?
d) join and help the one beating the woman?
If you answer a) why? you're not a cop, it's not your wife so you have NO LEGAL justification to stop the beating.
He didn't just happen to be there, why are you having trouble with this? He wasn't a passerby, he sought it out.
shareIt doesn't matter if he chose to be there or happened to be there. He didn't sought it out, he was running away from all those that were attacking him ... until cornered/on the ground. That's not "looking for it".
And you deflected the question: WHAT WOULD YOU DO???
Of course he sought it out - he DROVE 20+ fucking miles toward a riot. He wasn't just some bystander in the area and happened to see a crime. He drove 20 or so miles TO a riot, with a gun - a gun that he did not own - to be a vigilante. You can disregard this, but the court sure a shit can't. He absolutely went looking for it. He created the situation.
Your little quiz is an attempt to deflect in of itself. Stick to the topic.
" He drove 20 or so miles TO a riot, with a gun"
False, he DID NOT drive 20 miles with a gun. He got the gun from there.
False he DID NOT drive 20 miles to a riot, he drove 20 miles to meet his friend. They decided to help after he was in Kenosha.
Btw:
"He had some ties to Kenosha, despite living in a different state: His father lived in the city and Mr. Rittenhouse had worked as a lifeguard in Kenosha County."
"According to his attorneys, after Rittenhouse had heard about a local business owner who wanted help defending his car dealership, he and his friend Dominick David Black "armed themselves with rifles" and went to that business.[33] The dealership had suffered $1.5 million in arson damage the previous night."
"Protesters were recorded on video pushing a burning dumpster through a crowd, towards a gas station. A guard, dressed in similar clothing to Rittenhouse – a green shirt, cap, and bag – put out the dumpster fire, which enraged Rosenbaum, who shouted at the guard. More arson took place and was recorded on video. Rittenhouse was then seen running with a fire extinguisher. According to Rittenhouse's defense attorneys, what was not recorded on video was that he used it to put out one of the fires, which provoked a confrontation by Rosenbaum, who mistook Rittenhouse for the guard who had put out the dumpster fire earlier"
The beginning of the first confrontation between Rittenhouse and Rosenbaum was witnessed by McGinniss to whom it seemed that Rosenbaum and other protesters were moving toward Rittenhouse, who was trying to evade them; Rosenbaum then tried to "engage" Rittenhouse, but Rittenhouse managed to avoid this by sidestepping and running away
You're full of bullshit and biased.
No, my question is legit and you failing to answer proves you are full of shit ...
"False, he DID NOT drive 20 miles with a gun. He got the gun from there."
Oh, was he given the illegal gun at the riot? This is your argument? Stop.
His dad lives in Kenosha, LOL!
Not only that, but the guy he met, Black, was dating his sister and was his friend. Since WHEN is it illegal to meet a friend that's dating your sister???
The gun was NOT illegal. This is another lie and distortion of facts. The gun was illegally in his possession but it was legally bought by his friend.
Again, you fail, miserably.
And I got you lying again several times already.
You should stop, you're making a fool of your self with all your lies and truth bending statements ...
Yes, he went to "meet a friend", HA! They were gonna go to the record store and get sodie pops.
I know you know what a straw purchase is: https://abc7chicago.com/kyle-rittenhouse-shooting-kenosha-protest/7808894/.
Yeah, still the gun is NOT illegal, you're digging yourself deeper ...
shareIt's illegal for a 17 year old to own a gun and people over 18 to buy them for minors. But sure, they'll get off because the gun was legally purchased (and by legally, I mean a straw purchase). Real solid case you got there.
shareNo, they shouldn't get off ON THAT CASE.
They should be fined, jailed, whatever - FOR THAT CHARGE.
The other charges, like murder and everything else, they shouldn't.
Will see what the jurors decide.
The gun was purchased legally and stored in a safe at his friend’s house. Kyle gave his friend the money to purchase it, but it was not turned over to Kyle.
As far as Rosenbaum he was a piece of human trash who should have been castrated and locked away forever.
To repeat what others have wrote Rosenbaum was chasing Kyle with a chain and it was no tiny link chain. He also lunged at Kyle and attempted to take the weapon. Kyle tried to avoid him, but Rosenbaum was a sicko and continued to chase Kyle. The kid did the world a favor by ridding it of gutter trash.
He was holding a plastic bag, not a chain:
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EgdfuG3WsAIFPC2.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/ryxw00G.jpg
Not only a bag but a chain. The photo was introduced during opening statements. Here is Rosenbaum after he removed his red t-shirt to wrap around his head and face. In his left hand IS A CHAIN! He was bonkers and was just released from a mental ward! He was the pursuer of Kyle. He told Kyle & friend “If I get either one of you alone I will kill you!” Overheard by others. He was out for the kill! He was a sexual deviant who no one should lose sleep over his death. One less pedophile off the streets!

“Richards also claimed that Rosenbaum was armed with a heavy chain and was antagonizing guards who were defending businesses on Sheridan Road, which is where the car dealership Rittenhouse was initially defending is located.”
”Ryan Balch is set to testify that Rosenbaum threatened to kill both he and Rittenhouse. “If I get either one of you two alone, I’m going to kill you,” Rosenbaum allegedly stated. He also said “I will eat your heart out” and stated that he was not afraid of going back to jail.”
”Rosenbaum had previously been convicted of molesting and raping young boys. McGinniss is also set to testify that Rosenbaum let out what he described as one of the most terrifying screams he’s ever heard while antagonizing people on Sheridan.“

And why is that site the only one to mention a chain?
If you read closely you would see where I wrote he had the chain AFTER he removed his red t-shirt to wrap around his head & face. He was protecting himself from what he was about to do. One of the links I posted stated he had the chain AND A BAG.
share2 different sites. It has been introduced during the trial.
shareI see what you're saying. You can't see his face, but it's likely him. It's known he tried to use that chain as a weapon? Because the reports I read are he threw a bag; which is not a death sentence.
shareI take it you haven’t watched the trial. It is him. Rosenbaum was the aggressor who was chasing after Kyle. Kyle was running from him. Rosenbaum was out for blood because Kyle put out a fire which Rosenbaum started in a huge cart. When he caught up with Kyle, a friend of Rosenbaum’s fired a shot. Kyle whirled around & Rosenbaum lunged at Kyle trying to take the gun. Kyle had been threatened prior, shot was fired, he had a nut job lunge at him so he fired in self defense. All occurred in seconds. The reporter who followed the two testified to the above. In fact he became a hostile witness to the *Prosecution*. You need to watch the trial before making assumptions or read articles about the trial. Go to Court TV and watch on demand. As an aside Rosenbaum deserved to die. He was a pedophile who had molested 5-6 little boys. Kyle took care of what the government didn’t…bag or no bag…chain or no chain so no empathy for this piece of human debris.
shareSounds like he didn't use the chain based on what you just said? So he was holding a chain at one point and didn't use it on Rittenhouse? Kinda makes this entire part of the conversation moot.
"As an aside"
Yes, it is an aside and doesn't matter to this trial whatsoever.
I’m running out of text space. He was using the chain smashing cop car windows on his way to take out Kyle. The defense is this week & the chain will be part of the defense. It’s not moot and the type of horrendous person he was does factor into the trial. The whole trial is about self defense! Why are you so defensive of this piece of human debris? Kenosha is better off since he bit the dust.
shareSo what happened to the chain by the time he reached Rittenhouse? Doesn't sound like he used it on Rittenhouse, so some time between supposedly smashing cop cars with said chain and his confrontation with Rittenhouse, the chain went bye bye.
The truth matters. That's why.
“supposedly smashing cop cars with said chain” Not “supposedly”! He did! It wasn’t a “confrontation”. It was an attack against Kyle. Quit trying to defend this scum. What I’ve told you is the truth. Unless you’ve watched the trial, you really don’t know what the truth is…do you?
shareYou haven't provided any evidence he actually did that and you are less than objective, hence the quotes.
You also kept bringing up the chain and after I pressed you, it seems like he didn't use the chain on Rittenhouse. Can you prove he attacked Rittenhouse with the chain? Facts matter.
If not, it does not matter he hit a police car that night, just as his past crimes don't matter either. Only thing that matters is what transpired that night. The videos clearly show the other two attacking Rittenhouse. Show me a video of Rosenbaum initiating the conflict or provide some quote or something.
I’ve got 1 1/2 “ wide to type. I don’t know what you want from me. Watch the damn trial! Do your own damn research! Start with this “FBI Spy Video Shows Kyle Rittenhouse Being Chased Down at Kenosha Riot...Which Explains Why You've Never Seen It”

Read asom’s post again which is above.
shareI dismissed the article when it kept referring to it as an assault type weapon. It is NOT an assault weapon. It is a semi-automatic no different from my Taurus 380 or what my husband owned…a Glock .40.
share“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing,”
sharePlease re read your reply because you're coming off dumb as fuck right now.
shareHad to put the + to try and make a small distance like 20 miles seem big to suit your agenda LOL
shareI had to find more space to reply to your last reply to me. The following has some interesting reading and videos. If you look closely you can see the chain and the bag which appears to be weighted.
”Much of the testimony so far has revolved around Rosenbaum's actions toward Rittenhouse that evening. Another witness, Richie McGinniss, testified Thursday that Rosenbaum had chased Rittenhouse into the parking lot of a car dealership and lunged for Rittenhouse's AR-15 rifle before the teenager opened fire.
Though both Balch and McGinniss had been called to testify by the prosecution, they each emphasized that Rosenbaum had appeared to pose a threat to Rittenhouse. Their testimony could boost Rittenhouse's self-defense claim — the teenager's attorney has argued that Rittenhouse feared for his life that night and had good reason to think Rosenbaum could take his rifle and use it against him.
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger grilled Balch on whether Balch had actually seen Rosenbaum successfully hit, punch, or kick another person that evening. Balch said he hadn't.
But Balch said that at one point that evening, prior to the shooting, Rosenbaum had clearly grown enraged with Balch, Rittenhouse, and a third armed member of their group.”
https://www.insider.com/witness-says-joseph-rosenbaum-threatened-to-kill-him-and-rittenhouse-2021-11
”Jurors saw a video, taken later in the evening, in which four shots rang out after Rosenbaum chased Rittenhouse through the car lot. Shortly before the chase, Rittenhouse could be heard yelling, “friendly! friendly” to indicate he was not looking for a conflict.”
”The defense has emphasized that Rosenbaum had been menacing people with a chain that night.”

More info:
”McGinniss testified that just before the first shooting, he had been running just behind Rosenbaum, who he said was chasing Rittenhouse into the parking lot of a car dealership.
Rittenhouse "entered a bit of a dead end" and turned to face Rosenbaum, pointing his AR-15 rifle downward at roughly a 45-degree angle, McGinniss said.”
”Rosenbaum took a "low" and "athletic" position, then lunged forward and reached toward the barrel of Rittenhouse's gun, he continued. McGinniss said he could not see whether Rosenbaum's hands actually made contact with the weapon, because Rosenbaum's body was blocking his view.”
But McGinniss said he saw Rittenhouse sweep the barrel of his rifle out of Rosenbaum's reach, then pull the trigger while Rosenbaum was still lunging forward.”
https://www.insider.com/kyle-rittenhouse-witness-says-joseph-rosenbaum-lunged-for-teens-gun-2021-11
"Photos and video – all of which will be seen again or played in the entirety during the trial – show an angry Rosenbaum confronting other people earlier in the night. Richards said Rosenbaum also promised Rittenhouse and another armed man that, "If I get either one of you alone, I'll kill you."
shareRosenbaum had some serious mental issues. He probably should have been institutionalized... like most of the homeless people in the cities of the USA. His ex-girlfriend had a restraining order against him after he attacked her.
shareIn the end, none of the people should've been there that night after curfew, police were understaffed, no one was going to defend peoples livelihoods so it was up to the citizens who actually gave a crap instead of watching things burn around them 'this is fine.gif'. Two wrongs don't make a right.
shareThis case is over. Just more evidence to add to what the educated have known all along. Self defense.
Self defense, any way you look at it. I've seen every bit of video footage, from every angle available. The kid was fleeing from an angry violent mob of criminals, who were chasing him, and he only fired his weapon when he was being violently attacked and needed to defend himself.
Then he continued to flee, and immediately surrendered to the first Police he could find.
