Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity with children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.

Kyle's critical error was trying to be a medic to the people who hated him and wanted to burn and loot. Self defense, any way you look at it. I've seen every bit of video footage, from every angle available. The kid was fleeing from an angry violent mob of criminals, who were chasing him, and he only fired his weapon when he was being violently attacked and needed to defend himself.
Then he continued to flee, and immediately surrendered to the first Police he could find.
