Do you think he has been raped ?
While inside. Doing his time. An ex cop, doing time for the killing of blacks in a place with a lot of blacks ?
-Or do you think hes in protective custody. Ie no shoe program.

No, he likely has a [de facto] protection order. The guards see an innocent man being kept inside because of politics. A man who risked his life to keep people safe from criminal scum, and who ended up having his freedom unjustly taken from him.
shareToo bad he was so scared shitless of an oxygen deprived, handcuffed man, and so insecure about being "told what to do" by the bystanders who had to watch a man slowly suffocate. Funny, all he had to do was protect and serve. Instead he ended up a criminal himself. I sincerely hope he's able to evaluate his actions with a lot more integrity than you.
shareYou have corporate dung on your nose, to be blunt, Carter!
share^spotted the piece of shit criminal apologist.
sharespotted the depraved heart murder apologist
sharedepraved heart? You can always spot a lefty, because they can only take something a conservative said and try to turn it into their own insult. because they are unoriginal douchebags...and you still fucked it up.🤣🤡
shareOh, I see. Another moron. He's literally found guilty of depraved heart murder, but ok. I'll make a mental note how stupid you are and avoid taking the bait in the future.
shareThis is right in line with "the left can't meme". You have no comedic flow. I was making fun of your over descriptive comeback numbnuts. It would be like saying "murder in the first degree apologist". Just call me a murderer apologist. No need for the flourishes. That makes in more poignant. You fucking liberals are clueless as to how to trash talk.
shareReally? Which guards would be protecting him more than the other inmates? https://www.cbsnews.com/news/derek-chauvin-arizona-federal-prison-george-floyd-killing/
shareThere was nothing unjust in Chauvin's guilty plea. https://www.justice.gov/d9/press-releases/attachments/2021/12/15/chauvin_plea_0.pdf
shareIn that case, how was he allegedly stabbed tonight?? LOL!!!
shareI don't know? Are there a lot of men in prison that want to bang a former police officer?
How many men in prison really care about what happened to Floyd? It's probably not a very high percentage that care about it. Many black guys are in prison for killing a black guy. Think they care some brutha got smoked by a cop? I doubt it...
But then again, some might see it as a way to get "revenge" for Floyd by way of shank. I doubt they would be thinking "ohh yeah, I gotta rape him". lol...
Chauvin should definitely proceed with caution while in the joint though. I mean, if that's really where he's at right now?? System is so rigged, they probably faked the trial just to calm people down. Chauvin is probably living on some tropical island right now, sipping on margaritas.
System is so rigged, they probably faked the trial just to calm people down.
I will agree with you, Chauvin screwed up. He should have used better judgment. But the judge gave him 21 years. He might get out early but 21 years seemed pretty high to me. He wasn't trying to kill Floyd, its a damn shame how the media handles cases like this. 90% of woke Americans probably think this was cold blooded murder.
But whatever, I blame a lot of people for situations like this. Young minds are being filled with anti-american crap and are being taught that everyone is a victim. The oppressor and oppressed is the first thing they consider when they look at society.
It's not surprising that the reaction to Floyd's death was so extreme.
He might get out early but 21 years seemed pretty high to me.
I hear ya, I was selected to be on a jury a few years ago, the defendant was a black guy that got into a fight with another black guy, he pulled out a gun and shot him. He denied that he shot the guy and pled not guilty.
And the victim survived the gunshot wound but needed multiple surgeries and had physical problems because of it. The defendant was also up on a robbery charge, so they offered him a deal, if he would confess to the shooting, they would lower his sentence for both crimes to a mere 5 years.
I couldn't believe it. 5 years for almost killing someone by way of gunshot.
But that's the legal system now days, you can commit some pretty bad crimes and get a light sentence.
Not sure how much someone should get for passing a phony bill which is what Floyd did and he had possession of a controlled substance. I would probably give him about 3 years maximum, unless he was the one that actually printed the funny money. That's a pretty serious crime in my view. Then again, there's always that outside chance that Floyd didn't know the money was fake.
You also have to question whether or not Chauvin got a fair trial. By the way the jury in this case acted disinterested in what Chauvin's attorney had to say, I think it's likely he didn't get a fair trial. Not to mention multiple days of riots... no way in hell that wouldn't influence the jury.
From what I know of the trial, when Chauvin's attorney was speaking the jury just looked the other way and didn't pay any attention to him and it was the opposite for the prosecution. When they spoke, the jurors were taking notes and paying close attention.
Really strange case, I would hate to be a part of such a high profile case.
Chauvin kept his knee on his back for two minutes after they could not find a pulse. That is what a person does when they are trying to kill someone.
Chauvin admitted it in his guilty plea in 2021. https://www.justice.gov/d9/press-releases/attachments/2021/12/15/chauvin_plea_0.pdf
What if Fentanyl hadn't had been in his system?? Then would it have mattered with his knee on the back of his neck??
shareMaybe, but I'm not a doctor. But I suspect that Chauvin might have kept enough pressure on Floyd's back/neck to stop his heart, then wait another two minutes to ensure he was dead prior to allowing anyone to treat him. That is how a person ensures the victim is properly killed while making a snuff video, right?
Do you think a lack of drugs would have lead Chauvin to treat Floyd any differently?
Ranb, the prosecutors in this case wouldn't even tell you that he was "trying" to kill Floyd. He was found guilty of unintentional second degree murder. If he was "trying" to kill Floyd, it would have been 1st degree murder. Leaving his knee on his neck/shoulder area beyond getting a pulse is out there, I don't think anyone can really explain what was going through Chauvin's mind at that moment but its not exactly a sign of intentional murder.
And I'm not going to open a PDF file in here. Do you have a website link?
Chauvin pled not guilty to the murder chargers. The civil charges were a separate case, I mean, if that's what your link is all about.
But just to take this one step further, Chauvin actually had his knee on the shoulder blade area for a considerable amount of time. That was admitted as evidence during the trial.
The biggest issue I have in this case is this picture here... it just looks like all 3 officers have their weight on Floyd. This does not look good for the officers.
https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/dea7bb5f3183f2fb6fa956cf57658f55c42c6c1f187c6cb59fc50e5374e294c6.png
But regardless, let me ask you something, Ranb, if a man had his knee on someone's neck and was applying full pressure on that area, how long would it take for him to kill that person? I can tell you upfront, it wouldn't take 8 minutes or more to kill someone. It would only take about two minutes at the most.
This means that Chauvin didn't have his knee on the neck for the entire time, therefore, he wasn't trying to kill him. In addition to this, approved tactics invole putting suspects in the prone position. It was unfortunate the he accidentally killed Floyd but it is extremely rare that someone dies in this position.
I'm thinking the prosecutors felt more comfortable in getting a conviction on lessor charges. It hardly matters what I think when it comes to charges filed. I think Chauvin kneeled on Floyd for two minutes after they could not find a pulse to ensure he was dead. My opinion carries no weight in court.
That pdf file is a link to a website. What other BS excuse do you have for not reading a United States District Court document?
Yes, everyone knows the federal charges were separate. But Chauvin admitted to killing Floyd, in court, in the United States. That would be used as evidence anywhere in our country.
I could not care less if it takes two minutes at most to kill a person by kneeling on their neck. The issue I've asking you guys for a long time is why Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd for two minutes after they could not find a pulse.
Wouldn't you agree it is hard for EMT's to treat a person while someone is kneeling on their back or neck? That is why Chauvin stayed on top of Floyd after they could not find a pulse, right? To make sure he was dead? Is there any other reason to do that?
I am not going to open a PDF file in here!! if you have a link to a website confirming that Chauvin openly admitted to killing Floyd on purpose, I'll check it out.
And yes, I agree, LEaving his knee on Floyd's neck is very suspicious behavior. But Chauvin had no motive to kill the guy, he wasn't there to commit murder, he was making an arrest, Floyd went absolutely bonkers when the officers placed him in the squad car and he was complaining that he couldn't breathe before they even put him on the ground. So again, he wasn't going into this thing with the intention of "chalking up another kill on the black man". He thought he was following procedure, they even called for paramedics to come help Floyd.
However, I'm not going to lose any sleep over his conviction, like I said in a previous post, he should have used better judgement in this situation and apparently, judging by his past, Chauvin probably shouldn't have been a cop. I don't expect police officers to be perfect, they have a dangerous job but I do expect them to use good judgement when dealing with the public.
Scenario training would be a good thing for cops to do over and over, even after they become high ranking officers like Chauvin was, they still need to be monitored and coached on how to deal with different situations.
You will open a link I post? I don't believe you. Or you might look at a link I post, see that is does not support your narrative, then claim you will not open a link from MovieChat.
If Chauvin was there to make an arrest, he would have just shut the door to his vehicle after putting him in the back seat instead of pulling him back out, putting him on the ground and kneeling on him for two additional minutes after they could not find a pulse.
Chauvin most likely did not think he was following procedure when he kept his knee on Floyd's back for two minutes after they could not find a pulse. There is not a single police department that allows this kind of thing. If kneeling on a corpse was an approved method trained by the Minneapolis PD. then the defense would have used that at trial. But is it not, so they didn't.
Why didn't you offer to testify at his trial that the MPD allows kneeling on a corpse as a type of restraint?
When you call Chauvin not perfect for kneeling on a corpse, you are in my opinion, praising him.
A trial was faked? Chauvin and his legal team just went along with it? That is the stupidest thing I've heard all month.
shareI was half way joking when I wrote that. But that's what we're taught, that the system is "rigged" and systemic racism is running rampant throughout America. White cops are out to get the black man, right? We also have this false narrative that black men are getting gunned down by white cops everyday. Again, another "fairy tale".
shareOkay, half joking. Then it is still the stupidest thing I've heard in a while.
Who is telling you that "black men are getting gunned down by white cops everyday"? Got any names? Links? Proof? Or will you claim that you're joking again after being called on your BS?

Raped, unsure. Soon to be shived yes!
I guess you could say that 'Rape' is one of the few things Blacks are any good at?
Hard-working?
Honest?
Loyal?
Upstanding?
Monogamous?
Literate?
Civilized?
Ambitious?
Patriotic
Intelligent?
Hygienic?
Fuck no.
And it's always someone else's fault
So at very least, they celebrate their true 'culture' in their usual environment (slums, mudhuts, ghettos and prisons) hence the OP's initial (unintentionally glib, but telling) question?
