Yes. Except there's that pesky video of Chauvin continuing to kneel on a cuffed dead man's neck for several minutes after he died...
So I'm going to say the SC won't be inclined to help him.

shareFloyd's autopsy report states he had no life-threatening injuries, and that there was Fentanyl in his blood. Chauvin didn't kill him, but he had to be sacrificed so more cities wouldn't be burned.
shareAll Chauvin had to do was get off of Floyd who was handcuffed then call for medical assistance. Then Floyd might be alive but Chauvin would not be in prison.
