Looks exactly like what he is - a man trying to appear as a woman. I actually feel something akin to pity for "Lilly". Such gender confused people are much more likely to suffer from depression and are much more likely to commit suicide, and nothing will change that (that includes surgery). Lilly could win an Oscar and then jump off one of those beautiful California cliffs the next day, and I can't help but feel a little sad for someone like that.

I worry about people who stake their happiness on something impossible, and yes, if Lily Wachowski* wants to pass as a woman... it's not going to happen. How do you go through life trying to be something you aren't, and can never be?
* Lana Wachowski actually does pass. But then, she's actually feminine.

shareSome men have features that are considered feminine and some women have features that are considered masculine. Maybe we should stop focusing on people’s appearance and stop judging others based on their looks. There are more important things than if someone looks masculine or feminine.
shareUnfortunately, looks and appearances are how we use the gift of sight to identify things. When I see a man dressed like a woman, that's exactly what it appears to be.

Maybe it's possible to get confused if you look at a different race, e.g. Thai ladyboys, but even then, they're not the same as real women... and it's usually trivial to tell, especially IRL...
But with all of the surgery and injections that contemporary women are doing, they're converging in terms of looks... but even then the difference is huge...

Look, on the one hand, I don't like it when old women don't give a shit anymore about how they look, and start wearing their hair short and putting on the same sweats as their husbands. But honestly, you can still tell the difference between most elderly men and women.
