OK Dems, you know you want to impeach him again.

What’s it going to be this time? Not straightening his tie? Scratching his nose too much? Having too much ice cream?

reply

There is a petition, and a list of offenses.

https://freespeechforpeople.org/over-100000-people-urge-congress-to-begin-impeachment-investigation-against-president-trump/

They want Trump impeached for
1. Unlawful, corrupt campaign practices.
2. Pardoning and blocking the prosecution of January 6 insurrectionists.
3. Violations of the Emoluments Clauses

As long as the GOP controls Congress, it will get no where. That would all change if Trump continues to alienate the GOP.

reply

lol so you actually want to go after Trump for pardoning people???? After Brandon pardoned his entire family crime syndicate and the far left 1/6 witch hunt. Not to mention his pardoning the 1/6 political prisoners was well within his constitutional authority. You people are pathetic.

As for “unlawful campaign practices” first of all there were none secondly, he wasn’t president during the time. You don’t even know what impeachment is you loser. Also apparently you people haven’t learned anything, the more you went after him the more popular he got.

reply

I did not post my opinion. You wanted to know what the democrats were up to, I provided a link.

I also said it was unlikely to go anywhere; going to whine about that too?

reply

You absolutely always post your opinions, distorted as they are, you fake, deceitful, obsessed, motherfucker! You're the incessant whiner here.

reply

Where was my opinion in my first post? I clearly stated it was the opinion of someone else.

Cry me a river. Why can't you debate without using personal insults?

reply

Why can't you get a life apart from bashing Trump on a daily basis, no matter what he says or does, you obsessed nutcase? There's an ambience of optimism, happiness and excitement across the country right now and you just have to be the daily "turd in the punch bowl". 😡

reply

I agree Ranb is so blinded by his hatred that he’s literally wasting his life away with his TDS as are most Democrats. He’s beyond pathetic.

reply

What part of my post was Trump bashing? A request was made about how the democrats wanted to impeach Trump. I supplied a link and claimed that it was not likely to work. How is that bashing anyone but the democrats?

reply

You clearly said “that will all change if Trump continues to alienate the GOP”. You did inject your personal opinion into it you piece of shit.

Also there’s no reason for the GOP to feel “alienated”. The American people overwhelmingly want Trumps policies. Standing by Trump is a winning strategy.

reply

The GOP is divided a bit now.
https://www.politico.com/news/2025/01/28/trump-gop-leaders-congress-power-assault-00002129

Rep. Don Bacon (R-Neb.) said in an interview that he woke up at the House GOP retreat at Trump’s Miami-area resort to text messages from constituents worried about Trump’s order.

“For people, this is their livelihood,” Bacon said, adding that ”it’s already appropriated money” and that he hoped the freeze was “short-lived.”

“So they just gotta realize,” he added of the Trump administration, “when you come in with a sledgehammer, there’s some frag.”

Trump actions are not only affecting democrats, but the MAGA also.

reply

Don’t you worry one bit, the GOP is uniting around Trump as the Democrats should be. The Democrats however are a complete and total mess right now and it seems they have learned nothing from their humiliating defeat and are even doubling down on the woke bullshit.

reply

Absolutely right! Instead of doing their jobs, they're just wasting a lot of time and squandering even more taxpayer money with all of their ranting and raving as if they have some sort of righteous cause. The American people have spoken. Trump listened. The sickening Dems didn't. Simple as that.

reply

Trump listened to you, then decided to have a gun grab? https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2018-12-26/pdf/2018-27763.pdf

reply

Wahhh gun grab, wahhh. You’re a broken record you fucking idiot.

reply

Trump thinks you're an idiot. He had a gun grab and the MAGA still kiss his ass for it.

reply

Naw Trump respects me as he does all hard working Americans. He doesn’t respect veteran posers who spend their entire lives moaning and complaining on an online forum.

reply

How does a gun grab respect anyone?

reply

Ask Kamala.

reply

You're being evasive again. Tell me how Trump respects America with a gun grab? Because that is how Biden and Harris give Americans the middle finger. Why would Trump be any different?

reply

President Trump signed an executive order directing the DOJ to review all actions from executive departments and agencies for potential infringements on Second Amendment rights.

reply

No, it is not official yet. It is not even a part of the Federal register as of today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_executive_orders_in_the_second_presidency_of_Donald_Trump

Here is what Trump is actually proposing so far. https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/02/protecting-second-amendment-rights/

It emphasizes executive actions taken from 2021 to 2025; Biden's actions. I hope Trump reverses the Biden gun grab, but why would he? Trump is a fellow gun grabber like Biden and Bush.

I doubt that the AG will say anything about Trump's gun grab in 2018; the one that the Supreme Court said was so egregious that they reversed it. https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2018-12-26/pdf/2018-27763.pdf

I doubt that the AG will address the Bush gun grab in 2006. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/ruling/2006-2-classification-devices-exclusively-designed-increase-rate-fire/download

There is no way in hell that the AG will be any sort of obstacle to Trump's other planned anti-gun actions in the future.

Trump wants to raise age to buy guns.

reply

He just signed the order.

"President Donald Trump on Friday issued an executive order demanding a whole-of-government review of federal firearms regulations, a move which appeared aimed at papering over gun safety policies inked by the Joe Biden administration.

But the Trump White House’s decree went further than simply undoing Biden’s legacy — its broad mandate invites the possibility of an even more expansive relaxation of federal gun rules.

The executive order, issued Friday evening and entitled “Protecting Second Amendment Rights,” directs Attorney General Pam Bondi to examine a cornucopia of federal orders, regulations, guidance and international agreements to determine whether there are any “ongoing infringements” of constitutional gun rights."

• Orders DOJ to review '21-'25 actions that may infringe on 2A rights

• Directs a plan to safeguard lawful gun ownership

• Investigates agency overreach, firearm rules & enforcement policies

reply

Why would a gun grabber like Trump do anything to protect our 2nd Amendment rights?

reply

Looks like your paranoia over bump-stocks was unwarranted.

reply

What are you talking about? I was not paranoid about bump stocks.

Trump was paranoid enough about bump stocks that he folded like a lawn chair after a single mass shooting involving them.

Too bad he did not reverse his error prior to half a million law abiding Americans had to destroy or surrender them.

Damn coward left up it up the court to do so.

3. Violations of the Emoluments Clauses

I am curious, which of following "Emoluments Clauses" Trump violated?

The Emoluments Clauses are a set of clauses in the United States Constitution that limit the types of compensation that government officials can receive. The clauses are:

Ineligibility Clause
Also known as the Incompatibility Clause, this clause is found in Article I, Section 6, Clause 2. It restricts the compensation of members of Congress.

Foreign Emoluments Clause
Also known as the Title of Nobility Clause, this clause is found in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8. It prevents the federal government from granting titles of nobility.

Domestic Emoluments Clause
Also known as the Presidential Emoluments Clause, this clause is found in Article II, Section 1, Clause 7. It limits the salary of the President.

reply

Well, he did have 2 scoops, and everyone else just had 1.

reply

They would love to, for being the evil, mendacious grifter that he is.

reply

lol not impeachable. Your opinion of him isn’t that important.

reply

Why do y'all continue to argue with an irrational, obsessive female who is triggered to the point that she has made THOUSANDS of posts about one man?

reply

Because it’s really really fun.

reply

Okay troll, this "irrational, obsessive female" is a swinging dick, proud rider of a BMW k100, and I probably posted less than fifty times about this amoral, puerile scofflaw.

reply

hahaha, I was referring to RanB but it's hilarious that you assumed that I was talking about you.

reply

It was the 'irrational, obsessive female' description. Look at the hate, and judgement. This type can see the slightest of imperfections in others but remains blissfully unaware of his own transgressions.

reply

You posted to KingBob's reply to me, but okay.

If they don't try, it would mean Trump isn't doing what he said he was going to do.

reply

This is the proper way to look at it- a positive indication.

reply

His approval rating for following through on campaign promises is at 70% right now! It's his highest ever so far.
