Didn't take much did it? After taking such a hard line against the modern Hitler they sure submitted easily. It's not common to my own experience to be able to instantly abandon my firmly-held beliefs especially when the fate of a nation if not the world is at stake. I know I'm being silly but I wonder how genuine those previous positions of theirs were...

Very few of the pundits are serious about him. Joe smirked in the last week of the election about what a horrible campaign Trump was running and how flawless Kamala's campaign was. They knew he could win, and even if they didn't think he ultimately would, you'd think they would have showed a little bit more urgency given the possibility. The only one I will give the benefit of the doubt to is Claire McCaskill who literally started crying on camera after he won. The others just snarked about how they were all going to the Gulag after he was elected.

Kimmel cried during his Monologue and lost his man card in the process. Colbert was visibly upset too and I was very content with both of them being upset over Trump winning because karma is a bitch

reply

what happened? did he switch to the winning team?

reply

No but he bent the knee.

reply

oh nice.

They've "opened a line of dialogue" apparently, they must have realised another 4 years of "Trump bad" wasn't going to fly.

I think Fetterman is almost at that point too while bagging on the Democrats for being so upset at Trump's Cabinet Picks

Morning Joe's Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski reportedly visited with Donald Trump because they feared retribution

https://www.cnn.com/2024/11/19/media/morning-joe-trump-mar-a-lago-meeting-fears/index.html

"In private conversations, Scarborough argued that having face time with a world leader is a no-brainer," reports CNN's Brian Stelter. "Some of his MSNBC colleagues agreed, but there was more to the Mar-a-Lago meeting. According to two sources with direct knowledge of the matter, Scarborough and Brzezinski were credibly concerned that they could face governmental and legal harassment from the incoming Trump administration. Knowing that Trump has threatened retribution against his perceived political opponents, and that Trump has promoted lies about Scarborough and Brzezinski in the past, the MSNBC hosts decided to reach out to the president-elect, the sources told CNN. The two sources generally agreed with Scarborough and Brzezinski’s impression of the situation at hand – namely, that the incoming Trump administration could use its wide-ranging powers to punish people deemed enemies."

He used to be a "Trumper" until he was overlooked as a VP candidate in 2016, then he switched to "Trump is a Nazi!". Now that his tv ratings are plummeting he's sniffing around Trump again. Joe and his creepy wife are nothing more than lying hypocrites.

Seeing a lot of this. Mainstream media is slowly realising they were on the wrong side of history all along. Hell, all of the Leftists on this site are realising that, and that’s why many have run away and those still here are melting down.

The hatred directed at Trump was always utterly insane, he clearly loves America and will do wonders for his country and wider world, as he did last time, only better.

The evil shits trying to bring him down will be remembered as the traitors they are.
