3rd assassination attempt
Apparently occurred yesterday. I have no links or details.
shareWhy
shareOh Roger. Roger-Dodger. The Rodg-Dog… be honest pal, MAGA would love nothing more than to have DJT go out as a martyr for the cause, especially now his mind is as muddled as.. umm..what did he label Biden as again? Dementia Joe, I think. Would do the cause wonders for him to be taken out, as opposed to karma biting his fat ass while he rambles on about eating pets, Hannibal Lecter, and his concepts of plans. Given his stance on gun reform, it would be a hella ironic way for him to catch his ride to the big McDonalds in the sky too.
But I sincerely hope it doesn’t happen. Partly because I’m not an advocate for violence, but mostly so we all have the pleasure of witnessing a woman of colour handing him said fat ass in a few weeks.
I'm always honest, I don't want Trump to be killed, would like the world to be sane again and not have to deal with illegal immigration and LGBT crap
shareBut Roger, c’mon man, do you really think Trump has a magic wand to wave that will make immigrants and LGBT people magically disappear? And if so, why didn’t he fix these “problems” on his last rodeo?
I get it, you don’t like the way society is changing, but don’t put your faith in a charlatan who promises to turn back the hands of time to the 1950s. He can’t and he won’t.
Society is constantly changing, with the left is constantly changing for the worse, exponentially it seems. You don't know how good you have it until it's completely gone
shareFirst, no, MAGA does not want Trump to "go out as a martyr". The point is to have Trump take back the White House and help fix our country. That can't be done if he's not alive.
Second, when you say you think it would be pleasurable to see a "woman of colour" defeating Trump. Of course, Trump is white, so you find some sort of enjoyment at seeing a person of one race beat another race.
So if a person said he'd love it if a white guy destroyed a black person at the polls, would you find that acceptable, or racist?
If that black person was a known race-baiter who often campaigned on the basis of xenophobia and promoting fear of other races then yes, I would feel exactly the same way.
shareSo you think that targeting someone based on race is appropriate so long as it's against a person you deem to be a "race-baiter" or "xenophobic".
Based on your very argument, then, you seem to support racist treatment of many people on the left who demonize white people. Correct?
Incorrect.
shareBut you used Kamala's race (and Trump's by implication) when describing this situation. If race was not your motivating factor, why did you use race as the criteria at all?
shareWell obviously because the irony of a person of colour defeating someone who seeks to divide people on the basis of race is quite delicious.
shareBut the evidence tells us that Biden and people on the left are far more intent on dividing us on the basis of race. Assuming Kalama was on board with that, it would mean that she is far more of a race-baiter than Trump.
So again, based on your own logic, you'd support racism against Harris.
Oh really, so because you are making up “evidence” it somehow negates any pleasure I would get from seeing Trump defeated by the type of person he demonises?
Ok professor, let’s go with that 🙄
But you're the one who brought up the issue of race. No one forced you to do it. You specifically said you'd get pleasure from seeing a woman of color beat (white) Trump. Why bring up the issue of race?
shareJesus 😂
I think what I said was pretty clear and straightforward but if you want to twist it to suggest I support racism when I’m clearly opposed to it, go right ahead. It’s pretty amusing really!
I'm merely bringing up the fact that you used race as a means of attacking a person. At least, that is what it looked like when you claimed that you'd find pleasure if a "woman of colour" defeated a white man. You didn't need to bring up race, but there was something about the race of the people that implied a connection between their races and which one should win or lose. If you wish to retract that statement of yours, then fine - we'll forget about it. However, my view here is that targeting a person - whether black or white - on the basis of race is wrong.
shareAh, but that’s just the thing, I never specified that the pleasure I would derive would be because TRUMP IS WHITE. You are putting those words in my mouth to service your own point. Trump could be white, black or even orange and I would still feel the same if he campaigned on division then was beaten by the person who is similar in appearance to those he tries to create panic over.
I mean Jeez Louise, why are you not getting that? Childhood brain injury or something??!
Ok, I see what you're trying to say. I think the issue is that I think the Biden Administration has been responsible for race baiting far more than Trump, so I didn't think the point you were making was very convincing. Sorry for implying you were being racist here, even if I do disagree with your point. As long as you'd also support it if someone else said he was "happy if Trump, a white man, totally vanquished Harris in the election", even if you didn't agree with the statement.
shareThat’s fair enough. Glad we could end this civilly even though we are obviously on different pages politically. I really appreciate that last post of yours and sorry if I went a bit hard on the sarcasm, it’s just my way of keeping it light. Cheers 🙂
