Judging by his visibly incoherent and vulnerable state in the Michigan rally. Ssh-sh-slurring words and his head barely able to remain upright, about to slip into a coma. Not to mention how demented his adlibs are.

It's possible and more than likely that he has a "doctor" giving him a cocktail of drugs, legal or otherwise. It will be a useful excuse for losing hard. Or he'll be dead before November and all the cult followers here will console themselves with their conspiracy theories.
