Trump prefers to hire foreign workers instead of hiring Americans.

Donald Trump Can't Find Enough Americans to Work at Mar-a-Lago
https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-foreign-workers-mar-lago-1902982

However, some of his critics have pointed out that Trump's businesses, including the Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, have long relied on foreign workers despite his support as president of measures that would have curbed immigration to the U.S.

Notably, it is not uncommon for businesses to hire foreign workers, particularly when they are unable to find U.S. citizens who are willing and able to fill those positions.

In 2023, Mar-a-Lago brought on a total of 136 foreign workers for seasonal work, according to Department of Labor data.

Mar-a-Lago made the following requests for foreign workers: 53 waiters and waitresses, seven hotel desk clerks, 17 housekeeping cleaners, five first-line supervisors of food preparation and serving workers, 24 cooks and five bartenders, according to the Department of Labor.

The real reason Trump refused to build the wall was to keep the steady supply of cheap labor coming into the country. Trump prefers to exploit foreign workers instead of paying Americans a decent wage.

I wonder how many foreign nationals had access to the bathroom that Trump was storing our secrets in?

reply

What happened to the claims that he was racist?

reply

I dont think exploiting foreign labor to save paying a living wage means you arnt racist.
just makes him a hypoctrite

reply

Exploiting 30 million illegals to vote for a candidate while using American tax dollars to fund them is hypocritical.

reply

its too funny when you say things like that .

What do you imagine Biden and friends thought process was ?
step one - ship 30m illegals over
step two - somehow get them the correct paperwork to vote
its foolproof!

reply

No paperwork is required.

A non citizen can vote if at the time they vote they believe they are a citizen.

reply

Can anyone back that wild claim up ?
anyone ?
I'm talking to both sides here , rep & dem .
thats bullshit surely ?

reply

"Title 18 states that a non citizen (illegal) can vote in federal elections without penalty if at the time they are voting they believe themselves to be U.S. citizens. This is why the border is wide open. This was passed by Congress."

"Immigrants can vote in the federal election due to a loophole added to title 18, allowing non citizens immigrants to vote in the federal election without prosecution, if they Believe at the time of voting that they are US citizens."

reply

That is not what title 18 says. Why not post a link to the law instead of making up your own version? That way no one has to decide if the stupid crap you post is true or not.

(c) Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if—
(1) each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
(2) the alien permanently resided in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and
(3) the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.

The words "reasonably believe" are plenty different than "believe". It is like "reaonable doubt" for a jury, not just "doubt". If an alien over stays their visa or just enters without authorization, they cannot reasonably believe that they are citizens. Do you think you would walk over the border and believe that you are a citizen without naturalization? Even tvfan is not that stupid, probably

reply

It doesn't matter what you or I believe or how you choose to interpret that title, that loophole allows them to vote if they believe that they are citizens at the time they voted.

The millions of illegals that have been deliberately allowed into our country is confirmation of that.

The federal government doesn't care about your cited sources of the law.
They bend, break and twist the laws to fit their narrative and agendas.

Are you that gullible and naive or just playing stupid as usual?

reply

No. Not if they believe, it's if they reasonably believe. Are you that gullible and naive or just playing stupid as usual?

No. Not if they believe, it's if they reasonably believe.

Finally, you admit it. Well done.

Your Welcome.

reply

You still do not understand the difference between your version of the law and the actual law?

reply

It’s not my version of the law; you literally cited proof confirming that what I stated is true. lol

There is nothing to misunderstand or differentiate.

Your only defense is quibbling over the word “reasonably” which is open to whatever interpretation they decide on allowing the votes to count.

It’s their loophole to allow illegals to vote.

reply

You misquoted the law, therefore it was your version of the law.

Everyone else can see the difference in your version and the real law. Why can't you?

reply

I didn't misquote anything and I didn't cite you "my own laws", you did and thereby proving and confirming that I was right (three times).

Attempting to use sophistry and semantics to backpedal will not help your case. lol

reply

You left out an important word from your version of the law.

reply

Still backpedaling with Semantics? LMAO

reply

"Not if they believe, it's if they reasonably believe."

Who decides what is within reason?

reply

tvfan should change her name to Judge "I am the law!!!" Dredd. Hahahahaha

reply

A judge or jury decides, usually. You ever serve on a jury and get instructions from a judge?

reply

I have no idea what you think.

I still think Trump is racist. You actually believe that exploiting a person with low wages means you're not a racist? Can you explain that?

reply

Trump also pardoned Sholom Rubashkin, who Obama had put in jail for 57 years for employing illegal aliens, including children, at his Agriprocessors chicken plant

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sholom_Rubashkin

You don't have to dig too deep to find Trump was also hiring illegal aliens (Poles) in New York City in the early 1980's.

Plus Trump was also hiring illegal aliens at his Trump Winery in November 2019, he'd already been in office almost 3 years!

reply

Yeah. Everyone knows that stuff, including the MAGA. They just say it is okay when Trump does it. :)

reply

Trump let in 15% fewer legal immigrants than Obama for the 3 complete years we have data on.

Trump let in 88,000 legal immigrants from Dominican Republic 2018-2019.

How many machete swingers does the U.S. need?

reply

WTF did Trump need any machete swingers for? Is 15% less evil, okay? Why any evil at all? :)

reply

They were Dominican REPUBLICANS!
