6 out of 41 counts have been removed, not dismissed in totality, subject to refiling the same counts in a manner that would satisfy Judge McAffee's interpretation of Georgia Law.
Fox News just wants to make Trumpers happy by feeding them information they want to hear....the judge pointedly said the majority of charges were being kept intact and Trump was NOT off the hook. But you won't read that on FOX.
The point of that article is for Fox to feed their base something that may resemble good news to them via a headline, however anyone who can actually read and sees the judge's comments will see that its pretty bad for Trump.
And CNN & MSLSD want to feed liberals and the left what they want to hear with constantly saying the man is going to prison and I'm sorry but he's not..
