One incident:
Refusing to accept the election result and GTFO of the Whitehouse.
This to me is his worst offence by a mile
Surely that just un patriotic?
un democratic.
he's just shitting on the flag and all American values.
How can you support him after that?

If you do , doesent it pretty much make you the same thing ?
(an unpatriotic traitor with no respect for the democratic foundation the country id built on )

and given that he stated months in advance he was going to do this just shows he was going to do it wether election fixed or not.

That phone call to the Georgia governor was unforgivable to me. So blatantly shifty. I don't know how his supporters can listen to him repeatedly threaten and pressure a Republican governor like that and still defend him.

I would've done the same thing if I had any inkling at how poorly the Country was going to go down the toilet in just 3 Years as a result of my replacement, that being Joe Biden?? Who wouldn't of??

And to be fair, I'll vote for Vivek Ramaswamy should he be the chosen one to put down Old Yeller in Joe Biden next Year and I'll do the same with Trump should he be the chosen one, anyone to get Biden out because I could give numerous reasons why I'd vote Trump back in while you couldn't give 1 solid good reason why Biden should be re-elected and do so without laughing while you're typing the reason and posting it along with just some bullshit reason to prove me wrong cause it's me??

What if the Democrats swapped Biden for a young , bright , intelligent democrat candidate?
(and the reps picked some dickhead , whoever it is you dont like )

To be fair, if RFK Jr were to replace Biden, then you have my vote, if for anything, because he's a Kennedy and he could restore the "Moderate Centrist Democrat Party" that we once knew from back in the day, you know?? The Party where you could agree to disagree, down the middle, 50/50 unlike in 2023 where it's "You're either with us or you're against us" mentality??

With respect, questioning election results is legal in the US. For examples of this, see the many democrats that questioned Trump’s election in 2016.

Additionally, Trump didn’t refuse to leave the White House - He left exactly when he was supposed to: Jan 20th.

Yeah briefly , before the shock wore off , then they accepted it.
Trump has not , and will not accept his result - purely because its not the one he wanted

and most importantly , the main difference , Obama didnt refuse to GTFO of the whitehouse

actually yes good point .
Getting voted out on the first term is probly pretty rare , but I'm willing to bet that all the other times its happened zero of the encumbent presidents threw a Trump Tantrum ( a Trumtrum ? ) and refused to leave.

Is a one term presidency rare? The little terrifying thing is that it happens mostly to presidents who don't start an endless war during their first term, e.g. Carter, Bush sen., Trump. In contrast to leftards thinking the rest of the world loves peace keeping presidents...

Which presidents started wars ,or inherited them , or just reacted to events is an absolutely huge topic to bring up as a little irrelevant off-topic aside to the current conversation.
Thats the sort of thing that needs its own thread.

The point we were discussing is that no other president has refused to GTFO when the democratic process dictated it was time to do so , be it from finishing a second term , or not winning a second term.

Trump was required to leave January 20th 2021. He entered the White House Jan 20th of 2017. Four years to the date. How is that refusing to leave?

What I dont understand is.... He promised so much and didnt do basically anything. He had all the power in the world. Congress, Senate. And he didnt fight wokeness at all. Like zero. He didnt fight migration.

All he did was endlessly talk and talk and talk. But doing nothing. Even DeSantis despite having way less power - actually is fighting it.

Because Trump is talker not do-er. And he didnt had to be so arrogant to the point when lefties were having hysterics and thought he was some antichrist. He could talk less and do more stuff. But failed miserably.

And now people think he can come back and actually do something now? When he failed first time? And he will never have the same power he had.

Even if he would somehow get into office he will do nothing again.

I think when he found out that he couldnt lay down the law like it was the word of god , and that there were some admin to be done (congress approval / court of human rights , or whatever ) he lost interest.

He found he could bypass that somewhat with "Executive orders" that he pissed around with for some of his dumber ideas , but they wernt permanent

Well , I wouldnt have voted for him , but prior to that I didnt consider him a criminal , just a bad president.

Giving your kids jobs in the Whitehouse for instance just aint professional - they are hardly likely to be the best people for the job.

He has vowed that if elected he will eliminate all parts of the government that could keep a president in check. He is announcing he will be a tyrant and yet his supporters think Biden and Obama were tyrants. They are so far up his ass I don't know how they can breathe
