They count the votes - whoever gets the most wins , thats how voting works.
The thing that there is "no proof " of , is any kind of evidence of any voting fraud.
the 2016 was investigated for fraud and collusion, remember when dems across the country protested and burned and looted and murdered? how come this election was not investigated, if the dems won fair and square then they have nothing to lose.

not sure if you remember or not, but there was this election in 2016 that was disputed by the dems, they claimed Trump cheated and colluded with Russia to steal the election. protests erupted across America and a 2 year investigation was launched.
but somehow this election was fair and honest...even though dementia Joe said he would lose by chicanery and Hillary said not to accept the results of the election.

No, I don't remember an election being disputed.
But it is a candidate's right to dispute election outcomes and even to have a re-count. I am sure you can point out the many states that held a re-count for the 2016 election, right?
Oh, and then there is the fact that Hillary conceded the election ... proving she has bigger balls than wussy Trump, and never mentioned it again. Here it is 6 months later and after an attempted insurrection, Trump is still rallying insurrection, whining and stating the election was stolen with no evidence.
