And yet he is running to be the nominee of the party that:

- Was the ONLY party whose members owned slaves
- Created the KKK
- Voted against the Civil Rights Act
- Supported Segregation
- Support & celebrate abortion (& the corresponding infanticide), a tool that has exterminated millions upon millions of black babies.

And yet they claim the moral high ground. Why Sure!

The town hall that Fox News set up for him took him seriously. He obviously doesn't have the popularity though that other candidates have. But what you're saying is very similar to what republicans said in 2007 about a black man running for president with Hussein in his name. As long as he gets a message across then people are willing to dismiss such arbitrary nonsense that doesn't matter in the scheme of things.
