Settle down partner, you'll get a hernia. It sounds to me that you didn't think the shutdown was a good idea, so if Trump came to the same conclusion...... that's bad why? Also, it's only a 21 day suspension, so don't get too excited. Obamacare passed the House and Senate without needing a shutdown. The 2013 shutdown was to withhold funding for Obamacare which had already passed, an endeavor led by Ted Cruz so blame him for the $24 billion.
Trump's wall can't pass congress. Thats why he's shutting the government down. He doesn't understand how legislation works. He couldn't even get it passed during the last two years when republicans controlled both houses. But he waited until dems were ready to take over the House before he pulled this little shutdown maneuver in the hopes his base would put the blame on them instead of him.

If Pelosi and Schumer were the boss, then they would have proposed a bill to open the government so workers can get paid. Trump signed the bill, now all those workers that Pelosi and Schumer supposedly cared about will get back pay.
