Just casted
On an update from Janet Evanovich's Facebook page, Jason has been casted as Joe Morelli in the film version of her book One For the Money.
shareI will completely agree with that statement. I'm not sure how I feel about the Ranger and Joe casting because I'm not overly familiar with the actors, but Katherine Heigl as Stephanie?! I try not to be all "oh this isn't EXACTLY like the book so I must complain as much as possible and refuse to see it!" when they cast actors who are nothing like the characters but Heigl just seems like she couldn't pull it off acting-wise. I usually see her be overly bubbly -- even when she's being sarcastic, she's bubbly -- or overly dramatic. Stephanie really isn't either.
Of course no matter what, I'm going to see the movie if it actually gets made, but based on Heigl's casting, I'm gonna have loooooow expectations. The guys don't bother me nearly as much as she does.
