Marguerite Should Have A Fan Based Website

Very recently (within the past week) I saw Marguerite in 2 films within 4 days (as funny as it may seem, by complete happenchance), and I think that she is an EXCELLENT actor......I saw her in Queen of the Damned on the Sci-Fi Channel, and she was GREAT in that flick (the broad range of emotions and the complexity of her character showed her enormous talent, and when her hair was up in those little braided knobs when she went to that vampire bar, OOOOOHH she looked SOOOO cute ;) ........hehehehe)....Then, a couple of days later some of my family brought Runaway Juror over for me to watch, and once again I was IMPRESSED....So I got online to see what else she has acted in and if she had any fan based websites, and this is the closest thing I could find........

I saw that there was once a website (based out of the U.K.), but since then it has been closed down or is no longer linking properly for one reason or another.

So I got to thinking, if any of you fans want to help create a fan-based website, let's pool our time and efforts to build one which is impressive and gives her the credit she so deserves.....I am not very good at writing HTML scripts, as I am a catastrophe insurance adjuster by trade (henceforth, building websites is not my specialty since I haven't had the time to learn how to do it properly)....However, if some of you (or at least just one of you) can do the actual HTML script writing, I think very creatively and I can do a lot of the legwork to gather the necessary files, pictures, soundbites (etc etc etc) in order to compose the website properly......And if we can launch this website successfully, I would be willing to pay for the server fees to get the website running via a server corporation which will supply the proper bandwidth and hard drive space necessary to make the website impressive (and worthy of the respect and admiration that marguerite deserves).

Feedback and comments about this idea (whether positive or negative) will be appreciated, and I sincerely hope this idea will materialize.....

Good idea, I completley agree with you, Marguarite is a talented and beautiful lady that deserves a website.
I would help you but I am totally not good with computers, sorry!

I appreciate the feedback, and im just curious....since i saw your name, are you by chance a cure fan.....cuz i love that song.... ;)

Yeah it is by the Cure, I love them:)

I should also probably tell you, I did some extra work on "Life as we know it". which Marguarite is currently in, and she is a very sweet lady

thats so cool....i love the cure...we have something in common.....i think my favorite cure albums have to include the top, head on the door, 17 seconds, faith, japanese whispers, pornography, and kiss me kiss me kiss me (oops, forgot disintegration).....

thats cool that you have met marguerite at work....i bet she is a really nice person...i wonder what she thinks about having a fan-based website.......

the way i see it, marguerites career is just taking off, and i bet in the next 5 years she is going to land leading roles in big movies....she is still super young compared to most of hollywood, and she has alot of talent and and VERY wide range.....

if anyone other than funeral and i are reading this chat thread, please give me some feedback as to your impressions and thoughts about this idea.....i would love to make this idea come to reality BEFORE marguerite lands a huge role in a big movie (which a) is inevitable and b) i feel it's going to happen very soon).....

and funeralparty, it has been cool talking to you and all...i am glad to have met another marguerite fan at this website........my e-mail is [email protected] if u wanna discuss ideas or thoughts, or if ya just wanna chat about something (or if you have cool ideas for a website for marguerite)......sorry it has taken this long to answer your last comments, but i do catastrophe insurance adjusting, but when there are no storms i have a machine that resurfaces cd's, dvd's and games, so i do that inbetween storms (makes ok money ;), and it keeps me busy....)....

well, i will check back time to time, and i hope some other people get involved in this thread because i am serious about making a fan-based website for marguerite (i would do it myself if i had the website building skills and the time).......and funeral, u seem pretty cool...drop me a line sumtime...i check in when i can ;)

sorry about the delay in this response,.....i have been sooo busy with work, the new years, and family during the holidays, i haven't had time to slow down....i am encouraged to see that somebody can do the html work; however, my schedule for the new year is extremely busy with adjusters school and spring storms....even though i will be busy, i am going to try to dedicate myself to this project if it materializes.....if anyone else thinks that this is a good idea, please respond to this thread....i am looking to build a respectable website which is easy to access and downloads quickly....i am also looking to do this without selling advertising or cheapening the website experience.......

once again, if anyone else thinks that this is a good idea (especially if you would be willing to help gather information, pictures, help design, and/or help with upkeep of a website), please respond to this thread....i will keep an eye on it from time to time :)
