shareThe media acted like its a foregone conclusion that he was guilty.
Good for AMC for having the nerve to do the right thing.
This is a good start. Let's see if we can't create a culture where private business is kept private until it's worked out legally. The response to this news on twitter is shameful. So many reactionaries on the left and the right...

Guilty until proven innocent is dangerous as shit and needs to stop. If he did it, hopefully he gets what he deserves, but until that is proven, it should be kept between the parties involved and the legal system.
Why is Chris Hardwick "still a thing"?

"The networks have crunched the numbers and decided Hardwick remains an asset, not a liability," says Scott Meslow, who wonders why AMC and NBC couldn't find somebody else to replace Hardwick -- somebody who hasn't been accused of emotional and sexual abuse (even though AMC cleared him). "Hardwick is literally replaceable, by Yvette Nicole Brown or by hundreds of other talented people without that kind of baggage," he says. "But AMC has decided he’s worth keeping around anyway."
A person shouldn't be fired until there is clear evidence, at least more than innuendo.
