Iñárritu.

That's his second last name. It's like referring to Courtney Cox-Arquette as "Arquette". For instance, it shouldn't read "Iñárritu directed Amores Perros", but "González directed Amores Perros"

I suppose it would sound like "Ee-nya-rree-too".

Remember to roll the "r" and that the stress goes on the second syllable.
