What ever happened to her?
She was all over the place in the 2000's and now I can't remember the last time I ever saw here in a movie.

shareShe is in the last Katy Perry video
shareNobody cares about music videos anymore.
shareIf you say so
shareThen why do artist make so much money still by being in them? terrible logic. You don't care about music videos anymore, others. Lots and lots of others do.

THEY DON'T.
THE VIDEO IS AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE SONG/ALBUM/ARTIST...THEY DON'T PAY,THEY COST.
Had her own show called New Girl, but not much since. It-girl fame has a limited shelf life. She might have to resort to taking on quirky Mom roles. Brutal industry for women.
shareya you are "sexy young" then you hit an age and you are quirky mom or part of an ensemble about a group of female friends reclaiming their fiery party and crazy youth etc or else a doing a comedy about a couple. you really gotta have some acting chops or else that's your fate. ask Cameron Diaz
shareCameron Diaz says she walked away... And I believe her because she certainly isn't any worse than a lot of them. I think she's still hotter than a lot of lesser actors...not saying she's good...just not any worse.

I think she hit her "No longer cute" years.
shareShe’s hosting a new celebrity dating game with Michael Bolton
shareThat is not exactly encouraging. One would think an actress would only choose that if there were no other offers available.
shareYou go where the money is.
shareNot sure what it says about the state of her career that a celebrity dating game show is where the money is for her.
shareIt's probably more money than many of us make. Its a gig and more power to her for making money when she can. I dont get why so many think celebrities should only do noble or quality stuff....??? I say screw that shit and do it for the money...
shareI would think that most actors want to do things that are actually interesting and that will be remembered. They are, after all, artists.
Can you imagine Brad Pitt or Sigourney Weaver hosting some shit like a celebrity dating show?
Actors are not on top very long. So I dont see the problem when actors take kn lesser work.
shareI mean, I don't begrudge them from doing what they have to do to make a living, if indeed they're not getting other offers.
But I can't say that it's not sad in some way. Right now I have a mental image of Russell Crowe hosting Family Feud and that makes me want to cry a little.
2 hacks.
shareShe does music, too. I don't think she's retired from acting or anything, but that's something she's been doing in recent years.
I actually like it. It's sort of laid back, 70s era California pop music, sort of in the vein of the Carpenters. She's one of the better actors turned musicians, IMO.
It's funny you would think after 500 Days of Summer, that she would have knocked out all her best work then but in reality all her best work on screen happened pre 500 Days. I forgot that she was in some great films from 2001 to 2009.
She focused mostly on her band She & Him and struck gold on TV with the succesful New Girl. Most of her film roles were voice work or playing wife/girlfriend. I think she's happy with her lot really.
