I really wish they would have nabbed a relative unknown who had some actual sword skill under his belt like they did for the show (e.g., Adrian Paul), but I would rather Henry Cavill take the role than some other black-washed actor like Michael B. Jordan.

This is great news! Finally...this project is moving forward. (There have been rumors of a Highlander reboot for over a decade).

Henry Cavill will be great. He's a very good actor, and he has the physicality.

I do like Henry Cavill, I suppose my original comment comes across as a bit more crass than it should have been.

I think he will do great in the role since he's shown to be a very dedicated actor.

And he does look good with the sword. I hope he takes the sword training seriously, too!

One of the best parts about the original is that the sword fights still hold up to this day and were cut together with fine precision by the editor.

Cavil looks great with a sword in the Witcher.

Some of the best corro/effects I ever saw in a show.

I wish they would make this a continuation rather than a reboot. Maybe bring Jim Byrnes in as an aged Joe Dawson.

Would it be yet another continuation from the original movie? They can't do much worse that the other ones.
