shareSo he will be Bond, Witcher and SuperMan?
Damn.
Too big, no edge.
shareAn uninteresting blockhead. Would mean return to the days of Pierce Brosnan for the Bond franchise.
shareWell that would be good lol
shareNo, Bond movies were more or less dead in the end of Brosnan's run. Or to be more precise, TND and TWINE killed them. DAD had a half good movie in there somewhere (and it was ironically Pierce's best berformance as a Bond).
shareHenry gets an unfair perception of being bland or dull, and I don't buy it. For starters, if a character on-screen comes across as uncharismatic, that is more the fault of the director.
Henry C. was great in movies like Man from U.N.C.L.E. and Mission Impossible-Fallout. In the latter especially, he had a strong and menacing presence. What may dull his charisma a bit is simply...he has had to stifle his natural English accent. In roles where he can speak how he normally does (with the accent), he sounds more refined and suave.
I think the strong presence, along with the refined accent, would work well for him in the role of Bond.
If you've seen the 2 movies I mentioned above, I'm sure you'll agree.
And BTW, Bond isn't SUPPOSED to be captain jolly. He was written in the novels as a cold, quiet, menacing assassin, with a scar running down the side of his face.
