Does he? So if the DEA and local law enforcement organizations announced the creation of the biggest drug task force in history, would you say they just admitted to forming their own cartel? Are they dealing drugs or fighting them? You can decide which is more likely.
The audio is slightly out of sync with his mouth movements - it's possible they edited out, say, an "anti" or two. You'd need to see the original unclipped video to get context and know what (if anything) was altered. share
It's impossible NOT to take Trump out of context, because there never is any context. He rambles at random.
