His widow said most people who knew him knew he was bisexual so it wasn't a secret. I did think it was a little strange when he had his short-lived T.V. show, The Richard Pryor Show, many of the women on it (I'm not sure about the men) were lesbians and later came out of the closet, like Sandra Bernhard and Marsha Warfield. Some people said Paula Kelly was also, but I don't know about her. I was thinking, he must've hung out in a lot of gay girl bars, around a lot of lesbians, to hire his cast.
