I couldn't believe he is 41! I thought he was about 32ish, he is old enough to be margot robbies dad! I want to look that good when I am his age

You're right about his eyes, but it's not just his eyes, it's his feminine face. Somebody had said he looks like Jake Gyllenhall, but Jake has a masculine face as does Shannon Leto. His face is just so darn pretty, it makes him look younger. 

What do you think he's had done? He doesn't show any of the tell-tale signs of the typical work.

his eyes look very small and close together compared to his youth. this suggests he had a facelift (or an eyelift).

i also believe he's had a nose job.

the overall effect is a much more feminine look which he definitely didn't need...

I dont see the plastic surgery. If anything his nose which is so minor he didnt need to do it.

Yes, I was surprised when a couple people said he has large eyes. He actually has beady little eyes. I've always noticed that about him. Good looking man, for sure. But he has small eyes.
