He's 44, not 41 and will turn 45 in December. He has good genes, eats right (no meat), gets exercise and is active, doesn't take drugs and is a chill guy. Plus even though he's an outdoor guy, he doesn't seem to have gotten damaged by the sun and he probably sleeps a lot. 

I am going to live by those rules from now on.

I don't know if he even drinks plus he probably gets a lot of sex.  Remember you have to start out with good genes and none of us have any control over that.

Without beard, he looks even younger. He looks to be in his twenties.

I like him beardless

Good genes and large eyes. Large round eyes always make someone look younger than they actually are. If you just look at his skin, he looks his age, but like I said, his eyes give him a younger appearance.
