Just because she consented to it, that still doesn't make it okay. What if a few years after the incident she realized she made the wrong decision? The whole point of statutory rape laws is to prevent children from making wrong choices to avoid being groomed.

I know what you're getting at and sure it's complicated, or can be.
But in this case it's simply not. She's obviously perfectly fine with it and thus I do not see why it is an issue.

Good for her?
Rape is horrible and something society punishes severely for good reasons.
But it is also wrong to pretend that a 15 year old girl is brain dead and cannot make any sexual decisions.
At 15, girls are in the middle of puberty, further along than boys are usually and just because she's not an adult on paper doesn't mean she's unable to decide to have apparently good sex with someone. Would it have been so different if he would have done it with some clueless 15 year old boy over Jagger?
And she wasn't 9 or something, she was 15 - a young woman.
