shareHe's just another example of what happens to an actor that supports Trump. You get blacklisted.
shareOh come on! Lois and Clark ended in 1997. He had plenty of time to establish a successful post-Superman career before voicing his support for Trump in the last 5 years. He hasn't because he's an average talent, not because he supports Trump.
The question was why was he now doing infomercials... it wasn't why didn't he have a big movie career.
He was always outside the liberal fold which is probably why he never go the parts in the liberal Hollywood machine... he did appear fairly regularly in your typical Hallmark type shows... which is usually where being a conservative an not a liberal is a more likely to get you a part than a closed door.
As for his talent he really didn't have much.. then again most actors don't really have much talent you can find a 5 year old in school that can play make believe. He was not a great actor, but certainly no worse than many of the ones that get tons of roles.
If you know anything about the acting career, he is more successful than about 97% of his colleagues. He's just a lower tier actor.

How close are you to the $6,000,000?
shareI don't know what you're looking at, but he had 12 acting parts in movies and TV in 2019 alone. Go to his IMDB page. Jesus, he's had at least 100 acting parts since Lois & Clark
shareThank You.
He's a TV actor and there is nothing wrong with that.
And he was creepy as Scott Peterson, lets never forget that.
He was my favorite Superman.
