Apocalypse Now, no doubt about it.

Edit: The theatrical cut, I have to add. He was so monumentaly serious in it. Redux (and the final cut, I presume) destroyed it.

I honestly loved him in The American President. I know it wasn't a big role and he was not the star but I really loved his character and the way he played him 😊
