Have a look at Crypt of the Vampire (La cripta e l'incubo, 1964) if you haven't already seen it. It's an Italian/Spanish co-production, based on Sheridan Le Fanu's novel Carmilla (which was the basis for Hammer's The Vampire Lovers).
