Some of you may already know that Roger Moore suggested Cuba as the next person to play James Bond after Pierce Brosnan. Obviously that didn't happen, but that doesn't mean it can't happen in the future.
Personally, I don't think he fits the bill. I'm not saying that because he's black, but because he just doesn't seem very Bond-ish.

Not a bad choice. I was gonna say he's getting too old for that since I saw him in Amistad so many years ago, but after looking him up, I can see he's not that much older than me. He might actually be too young but I think he could pull it off ... maybe.
