Inglourious Basterds - I think he had the most to "say" in this film.
Kill Bill Vol.1 & 2 - Can I count this as one? I think it's deeper than it appears, but even if it wasn't, he still wrings compelling drama out of genre schlock - and even the schlock is great.
Pulp Fiction - oozes style, die-cast Tarantino's M.O., and wild structure of the film is/was pioneering.
