Even if he wanted to he couldn't. He's not a natural born citizen.

I know. There was a push in Senate a few years back to allow it. it would have required an amendment to do it. The proposal died when Schwarzenegger himself came out and said he believes naturalized citizens should not be eligible to run.

He can't because he's not a native-born American citizen....not that it's stopped them from installing a president before....
