Oh well. It finally happened. People have been writing for weeks that tickets are not selling. For some reason she booked huge arenas. Not understanding the true level of her popularity. She is tabloid famous. Press is obsessed with her. Regular people don't care.
So no one was rushing to buy tickets. She kept hoping it would get better. But as the time was closing - her team finally convinced her to cancel and save herself from embarrassment singing in empty arenas.
This whole "Marriage in trouble. Ben is leaving" was just operation to save face and blame cancellation on personal reasons.
For some reason she booked huge arenas. Not understanding the true level of her popularity.
Because she would’ve easily outsold those arenas twice-over back in the “Jenny from the block” days. Even as recently as 2019, she did a successful tour in those sort of arenas
It wasn’t really that obvious that she would have trouble selling tickets for this 2024 tour share
It was obvious. It's been 5 years. She is not getting younger. Her album flopped.
I’m sure her team advised her not to do that but she ignored.
She should just retire, she has enough money.
