Top 3 Roles?
Tombstone

shareBumping your own bullshit again, I see. Please stop polluting Moviechat with these garbage "Top 3 roles" threads
shareMetatron,
What is your problem? This is a movie discussion website. Discussions like this are literally why this website exists.
I enjoy Moviebuff1's Top 3 Roles threads.
It gives me the opportunity to look back at an actor's career and determine which roles i really enjoyed.
If you have a problem with them, you can click on Moviebuff1's name and add it to your ignore list, as I will now add you to mins.
My problem is this: there is no "discussion" when it comes to these "Top 3 Roles" threads which hownos and Moviebuff1 keep foisting on this board literally everyday. It's pure subjective opinion. Who cares if you might like to see Richard Dreyfuss in Jaws, Close Encounters, and American Graffiti? I might be inclined to say Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz, Goodbye Girl, and Down and Out in Beverly Hills. Which one of us "won" this discussion? I prefer the more mature approach where the writer has to DEFEND why he might like a particular film or role. When these guys bump their own threads because nobody is responding to them, their desperation is showing.
shareJim Morrison.
share1. Cicada Song (2019)
2. Coastal Rounds (2019)
3. Speechless (2013)
The Doors
Real Genius
Willow
I'd have to go with:
The Doors
The Saint
Wonderland
But honorable mentions go to Real Genius, Heat and Alexander.
I've always felt he was an under-appreciated actor that never reached his full potential. Somehow I think politics had something to do with that...it seems that if you don't lean left in Hollywood you are given the "gasp" McCarthy Treatment...
1. Tombstone
2. Top Secret
3. Willow
(4. Real Genius)
Always love Val in films. See him as the villain in McGruber? Hilarious.
EDIT: (5. Also that one movie in which Metatron1970 gets 5 days of vomiting/diarrhea followed by a very physical mugging)
