An actor doesn't need to be nominated to show support for his film if it's an awards contender. I wonder if he'll show up to the Oscars.

shareThere were rumors for years that Smith is a closet scientologist (among other things involving closets), and that his kids turned out so weird and stupid because they were educated by scientologists.
I've always doubted those rumors, because what use would Smith be to the Scientologists, if he isn't open about his membership and promoting them?
It’s my understanding that he’s not a member but he toyed with the idea only! If Smith had joined it would generate a huge volume of wealthy negros that would follow. It’s crazy expensive being a member.

That's what they do. They get people to confess every bad thing they've ever done, every thing that might upset a person's boss, spouse, or mother... and they record it. So if even a tenth of the rumors about Smith are true, they could have a record of him discussing his open marriage or same-sex adventures, and who knows what they've done with that.
But again, I'm taking all the Scientology rumors with a degree of skepticism. If Smith really believes, why hasn't he told the world? And if he doesn't believe and they're blackmailing him, why hasn't he become Tom Cruise's worst enemy, since it was Cruise who got him into this mess? None of the rumors add up.
It’s well documented that Smith overtly emulated Cruise’s career trajectory and who can blame him.
Since Smith flushed his career down the toilet he’s been reported as trying to contact Cruise in the hopes of doing a film together so as to resurrect his career, apparently as well as understandably so, Cruise wants no part of this drama. The risk is simply too great. Would’ve been cool though, a collaborative effort, before Smith went all damaged goods on us.
Cruise lobbied to secure Jadas part in collateral as a result Tom the missionary tried to recruit them in the years to come :

shareThere is something off with him. His has been missing from spotlight for years now. He shows up very briefly to promote movie then disappears again. He truly lost his sparkle. He looks dead inside every time he shows up somewhere. And was looking lost in Top Gun 2 movie.
Who knows maybe he is sick like Bruce Willis. Or his cult sucked all life out of him.
Maybe its botox and he cant move his face to show emotions. But older age finally catched up with him. He fought it for long time but everyone gets older.
