I didn't know that Cameron had made 33 trips to the Titannic wreck, and lived to tell!
So innovation is cutting corners in quality and asking your accountant to man the ship when things get rough.
At least he went down with the submersible but he is gonna go down in history as a negligent person whom killed other people along with him.
When innovation is made for profit, dangerous short cuts are always a risk. Innovation doesn't need to be that way, I mean Cameron's sub was innovative and got to the bottom of the Marriana Trench without killing anyone!
But yeah, that's why I'm never the first to buy new technology or medications, for all the rules and regulations requiring everything to be built safely, I'm never going to be the enthusiast who is the first to buy something new. It's like Ozempic, I mean I could stand to lose a few, and it's passed through the FDA approval process, but I'm still going to see how many people get sick from it.
