Very few tattoos, not obese lardarses (just natural curves) and wore gorgeous long hair (no buzzcut sourpuss's).
But Rita was pretty anyway.
Agreed, however:
There were no tattooed women in Western society, with the exception of a handful of freaks who appeared in carnivals.
There was no shortage of fat chicks, but they weren't celebrated or featured in movies.
Long hair on women is best, but Louise Brooks was a notable exception. Shirley MacLaine, too, from a generation after Rita.
