Mostly read...I work in a kindergarten class, so noise Is my enemy. If I read from 3pm till the next work day, I'm ok with that.

A nap on the couch works for me. 😉 Reading works too, since it takes me away from whatever's on my mind.

I got to see him live in person twice and he was great.

Thanks everyone who joined in and gave suggestions. Most relaxation techniques just don't seem to be enough for me.
