Next movie you are going to watch
at the cinema?
In my case, I think it will be "The count of Monte Cristo" with Pierre Niney.

I don't go out to the cinema very much, but if I had, I would have liked to see either Wicked or Nosferatu. Realistically I'll be watching them on a streaming channel.
shareNosferatu could be another option for me. I try to go to the cinema about 6-8 times during the year.
shareThe original Nosferatu is the scariest looking monster to me of all time. I don't know what Nosferatu looks like in this latest version but if there are any similarities I'll be closing my eyes a lot.
shareI'm with fourlemons (Hello to you BTW) -
Very doubtful a trip to the cinema is happening.
Streaming wise, I've got my eyes on "The Brutalist" and "The Accountant Part 2" - looking forward to both.
None, unless I get a free pass.
They didn't want my kind and my money during the pandemic, so they can get stuffed.
Elephants and bots remember how they were treated.
…they can get stuffed…😀 I won’t be going to see anything. The last two films I saw were the Planet of the Apes movies which came out in 2011 and 2014. My sister begged me to go with her because no one else would.
They were good, but we have no theaters nearby. It is a forty minute drive to the nearest theater. Not worth it to me.
The next movie I watch will be one from my DVD collection, what I get in the mood for. The newest movies I have were made 25 years ago. I prefer the old movies.
We are happy that we still have a small (and nice) cinema in town. You can not watch all movies there, but it is more than fine.
shareYears ago we used to have a few older theatres that would run old movies and you could see something for like fifty cents and for a couple bucks you could get some popcorn and a drink. It's hard to believe that existed once.
shareIt would be nice to have a local theater. Before I was born, my hometown had three theaters. My mom went to the movies several times a week when she was a kid.
One theater specialized in Warner Bros. Movies where you could see Bogie, Cagney, etc. Mom went there a lot. The other theater showed all the westerns and cowboy movies like Roy Roger’s, Gene Autry, etc. She was a tomboy and loved those movies.
The only theater she avoided was the one that showed MGM musicals. She always hated musicals.
By the time I was born, we had one theater. It was torn down years ago.
The town where I live, near my home town, had a theater, but that was also torn down years ago.
I don’t feel like driving twenty miles to pay exorbitant movie prices and pay $20 for popcorn.
20 $ for popcorn? How much cost to see the movie?
It might be $20 now, who knows? I took my niece to the movies about 15 years ago and she wanted a few snacks. I practically needed my credit card to pay. I remembered how I thought it was a ripoff to pay for a box of candy that cost a dollar when an was a kid.
shareYes, a lot of things have become expensive.
shareI might be done with cinema. Not with the popcorn though
🤠
Next one has to be alien romulus or the substance
Wicked For Good with the family.
Unless something really good comes out before that.

I had not heard anything about this one before, but it could be interesting.
