shareNope it isn't, it's the desperate attempts of politicians bought and paid for by the richest of the rich, trying to figure out how to compensate the rich who have lost their houses in the fires with twice as much as they lost while not compensating anything for the non rich who somehow managed to own a house in the area and are now forced out of there.
Rumors have it Blackrock is already making offers to buy the leftovers of the destroyed houses for pennies, they only have to negotiate with the government that tax payers money will be used to rebuild the infrastructure before they can go ahead.
