I always prefer the simple sub sandwich
French Brioche
Swiss cheese
Turkey/ham
Lettus
Tomato
Onion
Cucumber
And mustard.

My favorite sandwiches are what I call vintage sandwiches because they're what my mom made for me growing up. Egg salad, tuna salad or chicken salad on toasted bread.

There is a local restaurant in Logan, UT that makes amazing club sandwiches and the best onion rings. I have a good friend who lives there and I fly out to see him once or twice a year and we always go to this restaurant.
