Once, because it a work requirement.
Haven’t bothered with top-ups though. Mandates have been dropped and I’ve got a reasonably robust immune system.
I never did, I was one of those I’ll wait and see people. Which I thought was a reasonable reaction towards something new. According to some people at the time it made me a selfish asshole super spreader than was going to kill my grandparents.
The closest I came getting it was when my job was starting to collect copies of people’s vaccination status. I would’ve taken it if it meant keeping my job, but I’m glad that law was shot down and I never had to worry about it.
