This is great! So interesting to see how yours compares to mine.. I think we only cross over with Marty and François.. your list has a distinct Japanese/French style whereas mine is clearly more an Australian/American fusion. Thanks for responding 👍

reply

Yeah. I watch a lot of French and Japanese movies. It's true.

But I think Japanese actors feature so prominently on that first list because classic Japanese cinema seems to have had a much smaller pool of actors to draw on than Hollywood did. I'm not entirely sure who a couple of those actors even are -- there's quite a few character actors in there.

reply

Ah, makes sense! See most of the names on my actor lists are people I’ve specifically sought out films they star in. A few like Jack Thompson and Jaki Weaver appear because Aussie film is a passion of mine, like with you and Japanese actors. And a few total randoms like McGregor and Neeson, just because they’re prolific I guess.

Awesome mojo! I don’t recognise many names but the Italian theme is coming through loud and clear 🇮🇹

We all seem to have at least one country that dominates.

reply

Yep, it will be interesting to see if any others follow. I really do enjoy all of the cool tracking features on Letterbox, and I’m surprised more people aren’t using it.

reply

I HAVE HESITATED UPGRADING TO PRO...AS I AM CHEAP.

reply

Pro is the best. It’s only $18.99NZD a year, which would be much less in US dollars. Like mojo I love the stats and tracking features, I can spend hours going through it when I’ve nothing better to do.
