I don't know how anyone does it.
When it hits my tongue it just tastes like bitterness. How do you do it? What should I be envisioning when I drink it? Does it taste nutty to you? Like what is that good thing you taste when it hits your tongue that I need to be imagining?
Have you tried different roast levels drinking it black?
Anything above medium is a crime when drinking it black and might be something only a psychopath could enjoy. Light roast/breakfast blend coffee that's fresh and from a quality maker is a world of a difference compared to dark roast coffee that's been charred to hell to hide how shitty it is when drinking it black.
