Festive sparklers.

Briefly speaking, what do we make of them, has anyone ever actually bought and used them in the time before the internet like say early 90s (remember also how they were featured in a particularly disturbing scene in the Belgian movie "Man Bites Dog" (1992)?), how were they like, were they easy to use and to later put out with water?

Worth buying and having them for celebration occasions, thanks.

We use them every July 4th and have fun with them. The most fun part is sticking them down in a cup of water and hearing the hiss when we're done with them.

Cool, on the American Independence Day. :)

Are they, festive sparklers, safe?

We've never had any problems using them. Just make sure to hold them down at the base so you don't burn your fingers and enjoy! It's especially fun while they are actively sparkling to twirl them around in circles. It makes a neat optical illusion. Then stick them upside down into a cup of water once the sparkles have finished burning and let them cool off before throwing them away.
