I’m scared to death guys!

I’m taking my baby to college tomorrow morning. She’s 17 now but if you hit me with a golf club I wouldn’t believe it! I cupped her in one arm like a football when Eli Manning was winning superbowls.
I’m so not ready for this!

Fuck this, I want baby girl HERE on my lawn!!!!!!!!!

reply

Just think about how much worse this was before the ability to keep in contact without doing Facetime or something to that degree.

reply

Truck is loaded. I’m heading out with my daughter for her first year of college within the hour. Last night I made her her most recognized and beloved home cooked meal for what could be her last.

reply

We did the ‘last meal’ last night, I barely tasted the food, all of her favorites, everything she wanted.

We are on campus now…I am a bit shaky.

reply

...all of her favorites, everything she wanted.

But she remembers what it tasted like, and won't forget your consideration.

Is she local enough to visit? Both my boys were less than a two hour drive away. My wife would leave work early on Friday and pick up my oldest son and we'd bring him back on Sunday afternoon. He was home probably two or even three weekends a month because his girlfriend lived in our town.

reply

Home now, the move in was a success. How did you do?

reply

I suffered an injury! We got her moved, but during the process I took the corner of a plastic vacuum seal bag that contained clothes in the eye and sliced my cornea, effectively blinding myself. I took today off so it could heal. What we do for our kids!!

reply

Damn!
Really Sorry to hear it. You might want to go to a Doc!

reply

It's bittersweet, yes. The feeling of letting your child out into the world...you wish they can hang around your home forever but at the same time, it's time for her to spread her wings and make new memories....

reply

I know. You are not wrong.
Thank you.

reply

FREEDOM! Without dad around, she can finally drink and party with as many boys as she likes!😜

reply

That's not helping ...

Signed, million man.

reply

t used to be, in the good old days, a person went into college a teenager and came out an adult. A young adult to be sure, but an adult.

reply

Holy shit!
That did not help at al!!

reply

Time is fleeting.

She’ll be fine.

You’ll always be her dad.

reply

Thanks.
Feels weird!

reply

I’ve got all this to come in about 7 years.

reply

CHERISH THOSE YEARS....I GOT A YEAR AND A HALF LEFT AND IT FREAKS ME OUT TO NO END.

reply

You probably drive her crazy and she's ready to leave like NOW

reply

MAYBE.🤷🏻

CHERISH THOSE YEARS....I GOT A YEAR AND A HALF LEFT AND IT FREAKS ME OUT TO NO END.

reply

I have avoided the urge to text her all evening.

Baby bird gotta fly!

reply

Yeah, been there. Life happens, bro. She'll still be there, in new and in her own unique ways for the duration.

reply

Will she be far from home?

reply

Forty five minutes and a baseball bat to the head away👍

NOT A JOKE.

reply

Thant's good - close enough to come home for a visit if either of you need to get together.

reply

So what, you fuckin' crybaby? What became of those claims that you're so fearless? 🙄

reply

Way to go pal. Ruin a nice thread full of sweet posters being kind by being a loud jackass.

Good Lord you are a lonely tool.

reply

Edited to add, you are are an utterly hateful dick.

Seriouly, NOBODY likes you.

reply

This thread is a bit of a circle jerk. He does have a point, you've started to portray yourself as this no nonsense hardcase but here you are blubbering. Come on, suck it up.

reply

Cool. Go fuck yourself your bumbdfuck.

reply

Don't forget to wash your big pussy before you go to bed.

reply

I washed your ladies big pussy before bed. Damn! That thing was enormous!
