Books That Made You Cry?
For me it was without doubt 'Flowers for Algernon'
shareA book has never made me cry.
Signed, million man.
recomended Flowers for algernon.
shareI was forced to read that in middle school.
Signed, million man.
Fair enough.
shareOf mice and men is a good contender though. And I kind of liked Watership Down.
Signed, million man.
Watership Down is a great book, I’ve read it three times at least.
‘All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you they will kill you. But first they must catch you…’
I recommend the "Charlie" movie based on the book. I saw it when I was very young and it bummed me out. I decided to read the book when I was a teen. Very sad.

I expect nothing less from you! 🤭
shareI'm a big fan of lowered expectations.
I'll do my best to continue to set the bar low, real low.

'Sleeping Beauty' by Anne Rice
shareToo many to count.
shareHave you ever read the short story version of Flowers for Algernon that inspired the novel? Because it's shorter, it's even more of an emotional gut punch in my opinion.
