There’s more men than women on Earth…
Thanks, China and India!
shareMany Chinese men can't find a wife because there aren't enough women.

That's only due to China's selective breeding, like you said. See, in a normal human society that has families and breeds naturally without any govt. restrictions, there are always a teensy bit more females than males. It's just the natural way things go. It's genetically "easier" to create a female baby than a male one.
China has an unnaturally high number of males vs. females because of their One Child policy, and all Chinese are trained from birth to want to have sons. So chances are, most families don't want a daughter because then their family line will be gone, and there will be no grandchild to take care of those parents when they get old (they don't have retirement homes or social security in China). Sadly, this combination of one-child policy to reduce China's population, and the preference for sons, has led to a severe problem in Chinese society, because it means many of their men, after 4 generations, are dying alone, and unless something changes, they're gonna destroy themselves as a people. Much as I'd love to see their govt. die a painful, slow death, many of the regular Chinese people don't deserve the same fate. There's a reason they've relaxed the policy in the rural areas of China, allowing people out there to have two kids now.
Geez why the essay? This ain’t a college course
shareI'm explaining why China is responsible for more men being on the planet, and why it's a bad thing for them. Plus, I forgot to mention having 1 billion Chinese plays a part in that too.
I don't recall India having any unusual male-to-female ratios, but it is a very crowded country.
Niger has the highest birth rate at the moment, so wouldn't it be thanks to them? Though I don't know how they could possibly be responsible for the sex of the babies. Birthrates are in decline in a lot of countries, and I think that includes China.
shareFuck em!
Just kidding
