Are people with tattoos more common than people without tattoos?

I've thought the same. I'm keeping my skin clean for my movie career.

If you have tattoos, it's a sign you are feral and devolved.

I think it depends on where you go. Some places have higher concentrations of people with tats than those who don't, and other places are the opposite.

It’s probably about 50/50 from what I see.
