Women, Black and Younger Americans are the most likely to have tattoos. 38% of women have at least one tattoo compared to 27% of men. 8 in 10 Americans say tattoos are more accepted in American society. Sometimes I feel out of place with no ink but I'm not changing now. This articles really has a ton of stats about it.

shareI think it depends on where you go. Some places have higher concentrations of people with tats than those who don't, and other places are the opposite.
