Are you worried about killer robots in the near future?

I'm still not too worried, although various organizations have made good arguments as to why "lethal autonomous weapons" should be concerning. Perhaps I should care more as well, but it's hard to take seriously.

I was, genuinely, when I was a kid. Mostly thanks to T2. But then I found out that EMPs weren't just a fictional thing that exists only in movies.

Then my fear of 'em was gone. Just use a freaking EMP on 'em!

Someone's been watching old SNL episodes.

I'll be honest. I've never thought killer robots will ever be a problem.

reply

Yeah, I'm worried about killer robots in the near future because if they win we'll have to listen to techno:

reply

Depends, are they sexy killer robots or not? Kidding, I have no problem with them if they're not interested in killing me, I even think we could get along. I can't imagine autonomous robots would kill indiscriminately.

Like the T-X (in the appearance of Kristanna Loken)? Or T-1000 (Robert Patrick)?

Although you may be right in the second part of your post.

reply

Are these the only options? T-X or T-1000? I like both honestly, though T-X is obviously prettier. But if I could choose the appearance of the robots, I think I'd like more variety, like the robots from Humans (2015), including Gemma Chan, Emily Berrington and Colin Morgan type bots.

reply

Nope, pick who you want!

reply

T-1000 then, he can technically morph into the appearance of T-X so it's win-win. Plus, knife arms. Their cooking skills must be immaculate.

reply

i have some worries.

reply

might be a good tool for law enforcement

reply

the nano-izing of tech into little bee sized assassins seems pretty quite possible one day and pretty concerning for anyone to have
